Thank you for choosing Elixir Sapientia. Each product is crafted in small batches with care, and we want your experience to feel smooth, thoughtful, and trustworthy. This policy outlines how orders are shipped, delivered, and handled if an issue arises.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume periods (seasonal launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when it has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary based on:

  • Destination

  • Carrier availability

  • Package weight

We currently ship within the United States.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow the carrier up to 24 hours to update tracking information.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” but not located

  • Weather-related or seasonal delivery issues

If your package is missing, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and cannot be resold once opened, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used products.

However, customer satisfaction is deeply important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.

Returns (Unopened Only)

We may accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To request a return:

  1. Email info@elixirsapientia.com with your order number

  2. Include a photo of the unopened product

  3. Wait for written approval before shipping anything back

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or offer a suitable solution.

Allergy or Sensitivity Concerns

We provide full ingredient information so customers can make informed choices.
We cannot offer refunds based on individual skin reactions or sensitivities.
However, we encourage you to contact us — we want every experience to be a positive one, and we always strive to help.

Final Sale Items

Certain products may be marked Final Sale (e.g., limited editions, sample sizes, discounted/clearance items). These cannot be returned or refunded.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because orders begin processing quickly, cancellation or modification requests must be received within 12 hours of purchase.
We cannot guarantee changes after that window, but we will always do our best to assist.
